Moon & Krishna Daily Practice Series
Frequently asked questions
This series is for anyone who wants to build a strong, sustainable, and conscious yoga practice.
Our approach focuses on alignment, body awareness, and breathing, helping you understand how to move intelligently and care for your body. Through the connection of movement, breath, and awareness, the practice supports balance, healing, and inner stability.
This is not just a yoga series , it is a practice for conscious living. The intention is to help you build a relationship with yoga that becomes part of your daily life, not only something you do on the mat.
Through consistent practice you develop a deeper connection with yourself, learn to understand your body and mind better, and begin to live life with greater awareness, balance, and presence.
The asana practices are 45–60 minutes long. In addition, the program includes:
• pranayama practices (about 10 minutes, practiced 2–3 times per day)
• meditation practices to support mental clarity and awareness
• journaling homework to support reflection and self-awareness.
The type of pranayama and meditation may vary depending on the level of the series, allowing practitioners to gradually deepen their breathing, awareness, and inner stability.
The series is designed to be practiced daily and progressively. We recommend starting with the Beginner Series and practicing it consistently until the movements, breathing, and structure feel comfortable and stable in your body.
For most practitioners this may take several weeks or a few months, depending on personal progress.
When you feel stronger, more stable, and confident, you can move to the Intermediate Series, where the sequences gradually become more challenging.
The most important principle is consistency and awareness, not rushing to the next level
Regular yoga practice can support healthy weight balance, improved metabolism, and a stronger connection to the body.
However, the intention of this program is not only weight loss, but building strength, awareness, vitality, and long-term well-being.
With consistent practice many students experience:
• increased strength and flexibility • improved breathing capacity
• better posture and body awareness
• more mental clarity and focus
• a calmer and more balanced nervous system Yoga works gradually, creating sustainable transformation over time.
After completing the series, you will have built a clear personal practice routine that you can continue independently. The goal is that yoga becomes a natural and supportive part of your daily life. If you wish to continue, we also share additional practices and follow-up series for different levels, so you can keep deepening and evolving your practice step by step.
A vegetarian diet is suggested, focusing on natural and nourishing foods such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds.
It is important to maintain balanced nutrition with enough protein and to choose foods that support energy, clarity, and overall well-being.
We also recommend not eating at least 2 hours before practicing so the body can move and breathe more comfortably during practice.
This series is guided by Moon and Krishna, sharing their experience, daily practice, and years of teaching.
Their approach integrates alignment, breath awareness, and mindful progression, helping students build a practice that is safe, intelligent, and sustainable for a lifetime
Students can ask questions through the community or contact section of the platform, where guidance and support are available throughout the series.
Missing a day is completely normal. Simply continue the practice the next day. The goal is long-term consistency, not perfection.
You do not need to be flexible to start yoga.
Flexibility develops naturally through consistent practice. Yoga is about awareness, strength, and connection with the body, not about achieving extreme shapes.
Yoga should never cause sharp or intense pain. If something feels uncomfortable, modify the posture, reduce intensity, or rest. Listening to your body is an essential part of the practice.
